under Party Wall does the designer need to consider the pressure under a Boundary Wall that has foundation protruding or can a designer assume that under Party Wall the original designer must have assumed that in future this will get cut off as it is allowed under Party Wall Act. Therefore would it not be sufficient to make sure that say in your case shown BO cuts off the foundation to boundary line and then the designer for BO design an eccentric foundation or is the BO designer required to check pressure under AO's foundation which was extended to BO's side? At the same time I thought that under Party Wall Act the gutters etc should not extend over the boundary line and it shall be the same principle that BO can simply cut these off and should not be required to have someone to design a solution for AO as it adds cost to BO where one should assume that AO would not be allowed to extend beyond boundary line in the first place if they decided to build the wall whole on their land. Or am I misunderstanding BO's rights?
