Duke and Duchess of Cambridge open cancer centre

On 29 September 2011 Their Royal Highnesses the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge opened the Oak Centre for Children and Young People at The Royal Marsden's hospital in Sutton, Surrey.

this hospital is fantastic, my 6 yeard old daughter is a patient here at the moment, the oak centre is amazing and i owe all my thanks so far to all the nurses and specialists for helping my daughter, we still have a long road ahead of us xx

I was the first patient on the Teenage Unit to have a stem cell transplant! It was an honour to be treated at the Royal Marsden :) my consultant is in this video standing outside the room I was in - such a legend!!

I rember this from years ago my cousin was here he had 1 year to live but they saved Him and he's still here today I can not say how thankful I am for them and he was even in this video ❤️
