such a beautiful home. i love the curb appeal with the modern and minimalist desert landscape. great driveaway space and garage. the inside of the home is amazing also. great modern look that would appeal to anyone. wonderful custom closet in the master. only thing i don't like is the front glass door and side glass panels. even though it looks nice and lets in good light, i just don't like the loss of privacy. everyone can walk up and look into your home and see what you have including potential robbers and nosy neighbors. whoever buys this house could easily change that or use privacy film on the glass as a more simple fix or curtains.

hmmmm... really don't like the beams over-hanging the living space. Too heavy appearing. And the front door is clear glass? What about privacy at night? Bad choices.
This flip is nice overall and has potential, but IMHO there are some questionable design choices. First, I can’t fathom why they put a full bath off the living room? I thought that hallway would also lead to a bedroom or have a door to the pool area that sadly doesn’t exist in this home yet. 🤨 Next, even though the master was beautifully done with the massive pass through closet, I wonder why the master en suite doesn’t have a tub? Most modern homes in this range have a beautiful soaker tub for the owners to relax in. Lastly, although I appreciate continuity in design, having the same cabinetry throughout the home seemed a bit much. My wife calls it “too matchy-matchy”. Complimentary but different would have given each space a unique but stylish impact. I got the feeling the builder took advantage of the Costco bulk discount when choosing to install the same cabinets and pulls throughout. Overall, the location, school district, and garage were the best parts of this redesigned home to me. 👍
