Great video but I thought deals % worked opposite of how you presented. Shouldn't NEW lead and FOLLOW UP be around 10-20% and move up in % as you progress vs 100% for most stages as you have it?

I find the Freshworks product is problematic. Things like creating an email signature turn into a grand task in itself. I attempted to create one today. It resulted in my signature not showing the images, but rather placing a description, of which one said "Picture of long hair with low confidence". Can you imagine what that would look like if I had actually sent out a business email?
