Hey dude.. the lternative is to use jubilee clips on the pipes. That’s what we call them in the uk anyway. They look the same but use a screw on a thread to tighten on the pipe . Really easy to undo and reuse!

I have a similar setup for fresh water. I took the same fresh water inlet and cut the center out (the part with the cap). I then used hose clamps to secure it to a piece of wood higher up but still easy to reach, about 5 or so feet from the ground. Remove the cap and glue in place a piece of super thin closed cell foam inside the cap to act as a gasket. I then ran my vent up to the top of the inside of the van. I have a 30 gal. tank and fill it just to the bottom of the fill inlet, no leaks in the last 6 months. Another possible quicker or easier way is to install a tee-valve in the inlet tube.

I like your setup in your van Sam. I’m curious as to how you put the wood paneling on the area where your bed is at. I have a Transit van as well but I would like to know how you mounted the wood there. You didn’t drill into it I’m sure because there would be holes on the outside of the van or did you use some strong adhesive? You’re videos are very informative. Thanks for any help. I like your cabinets.

Water Usage / Water faucet pressure. In-line valve adjusted to limit flow. Although the initial pressure would be the same, it could slow the flow making it easier to limit water usage.

Another way to reduce the flow rate at the faucet is to put in an aerator cartridge with a lower flow rate. Depends on if the faucet you have uses a cartridge like that though...

only problem is venting your grey water. fumes for the most part go up so you can't vent it down. Then Again if you empty the tank every few days no need for a vent other than for filling
