Inflation isn’t caused by a good jobs market. It’s too much government printed money in the economy. Jobs were exploding under Trump and labor participation was up yet inflation was down.
Corporations love to hide their greedy price increases behind your explanation of inflation.
Well, its not directly caused by a good jobs market in the strictest sense..but when the jobs market is good, sometimes demand outstrips supply..and that also causes inflation.
@brianegendorf2023 jobs slowed under trump slower than under Obama and that was before covid. The 175,000 jobs in April that these guys called slow was trumps average for 2017-2019. So Bidens slow month was trumps average month before covid!

I told ya!!!!" The fact is, economists knew that sooner or later the jobs market WOULD cool. They've been predicting it for months. I don't know if you know the story of Hannukah, but it basically amounts to, The Jews were under siege and couldn't get supplies because the Romans had cut their supply chains. There was a oil lit lantern that was a holy object, and it had a single day of oil in it, and they ran out of oil. But its considered a miracle that the lantern stayed lit for 8 days on a single day's worth of oil. That is what has been happening with Biden's Job growth. And now that it FINALLY did something normal, the GOP wants to try to paint it as..See! See! Biden sucks! I don't know if its gonna stay that way..but next month if the numbers go up again, I'll laugh my ass off at how ridiculously the right wing media has been reacting to this.

Low gas? Really. His gas prices were the average gas price that had existed since the middle of Obama's term. And whats more, Obama had made a deal with the Saudis that resulted in a 50 cent decrease in gas pricing. That deal sun setted during Trumps run as Pres. He had the ability to renew it, and didn't...So, Trumps gas prices were AT LEAST 50 cents more than they should have been at the time.

Full time roles are being broken into specialized contract roles. Employees are too much of a hassle for business owners after the new standards created by employees over the last few years. Covid overhiring is still being corrected and we will probably see the # of full time roles continue to drop
