Jeff Ross was the main producer, he was the one who came up with the idea to roast Brady. So if comedians were told not to joke about Kraft's massages, Jeff would know about that, it's his production. I think he made the Kraft joke just so Brady could come up and tell him to knock it off, it was a work. And while Edelman and Bledsoe talked about the tension backstage, they also said Belichick and Kraft spoke one on one for about 10 minutes.

Ross was with Rich Eisen yesterday I think and he said the "scolding" was staged and Tom was laughing and joking.

I watched the roast live and they definitely booed Kim K and went to rewatch the special and they edited that part out.
I watched either the next day or two days later and the boos for Kim were in there.
Just want to say, if you haven’t watched the roast, you should. It’s long but goddamn it was worth pretty much every minute. Died down a bit at the end but everyone was drinking and it was a long night so that was expected. Prolly the funniest thing I’ve watched in a hot minute
