Good question! Other than bug spray just search yourself after you get home from digging and get a hot shower scrub good and you should be fine. Don’t put back on same clothes
i love finding spots like that perfect afternoon of discovery! looks like a poison-oakish type spot though but that's what you gotta do sometimes get all rashed up to get the bott :) . Good hunting, ...just got my first smelling salts recently...just a ABM colgate but man i love this hobby.
Hey have you ever thought about bring a portable sifting table with you and dumping bucket dirt into it before re-filling holes? I bet you could find some nice "smalls" in these awseome spots you find. Man I'd love to come digging with you guys...

Sweet find on the salts I love them. Great new spot one of many. I like to keep a variety so i can always find something different.
