- I react to the troubling video of Aaron Booker, a Marine Corps veteran, being harassed and illegally detained by Grand Junction, Colorado police officers after a shooting was reported in the area. Despite committing no crime, Aaron was targeted simply for being a Black man driving a dark colored sedan.
The video shows the officers' escalating attempts to violate Aaron's constitutional rights by demanding he identify himself without having reasonable suspicion he was involved in a crime. Aaron calmly but firmly refuses to ID himself or answer questions, properly invoking his 5th Amendment protections.
I break down how the cops had no legal justification to detain Aaron based on just his vehicle's color after they already knew the name of the actual suspect they were looking for. Their racial profiling and harassment of a law-abiding citizen were unconstitutional.
Aaron handled this police encounter perfectly by remaining composed, flexing his rights, and capturing the video evidence to support his forthcoming civil rights lawsuit against the department. This video serves as a model for how to assert your rights when targeted by law enforcement without justification.

Chille, I’ve just found your channel. Do you have any videos of a person driving solo in a friend’s vehicle and the friend has a suspended licence and even a warrant. The driver wishes to apply his fourth amendment and answer no questions. Can the coos arrest the driver because they think he is the owner of the vehicle who is unlicensed and has a warrant?

I find it absolutely sickening and offensive that these brave veterans went to war and saw horrific thing's happen to their friends they were deployed with and lost close friends and did this to protect their country and even these loosers who are racially profiling this man and this is how they pay their respects to veterans.
There bullshit is unbelievable because i would love to know how getting this guy's name is going to end there suspicion of him because if they had any solid evidence that he is responsible for the crime his name wouldn't make any difference.
This is the problem if they had solid evidence of anyone committing a crime then their name won't make any difference because they can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they committed a crime so this thing where they need your name to prove your innocent is just pure bullshit.
