Same question as J. Robinson and Robert Oshel below. I have two CM-7500. The older one had the smaller remote and I was able to change the IR code. My newer CM7500 came with the larger remote, and like the folks below, could not place the remote into an IR change mode. Hope they didn't drop this very important feature. Thanks for your video, and we're standing by to hear from anyone who has figured out how to place the newer, larger remote into the IR program mode.
This works with the original type DVR+ remote controls, but the new remote controls must use a different process since it is impossible to hold down page up and page down at the same time because it is a single "rocker" button. What is the process for the new remote controls?
