Brother Skitch PP1 Patches

- In this video, we make some custom Denim Embroidered Patches on our Brother Skitch PP1.
With the difficulty and awkwardness of hooping these hats for embroidery, I decided to look at the problem from a different angle and it paid off!

Another excellent job. This now begs the question: during embroidery production with the PP1, did all the patch stitching run fine? Or did any of the patches need to be redone due to PP1 errors (e.g., bobbin thread showing on top, needle breaks, etc.)? Otherwise, the patches look awesome.👍
Surprisingly, the only issues I have run into have been of my own doing.. installing bobbin incorrectly, thread tension, etc.
One issue I do have is the sound the machine makes when over stitching… sometimes it has a violent thud sound and I feel like that is not sustainable, but we will see.

Sure! I can make a video on it tonight, but the one main key is to create a PES file (fancy name for a Brother file) and ensure your thread is tensioned and bobbin wound correctly.
What kind of issue are you having in particular?
