Leona Lewis was diagnosed with a autoimmune condition called Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis Disease which affects the immune system and overtime attacks the thyroid and damages the tissues in the throat. It causes her voice to become more tired when singing. She can still hit the same notes as before, she just chooses not to sing them as much. Also her vocal range has lowered by about a semitone as her voice has matured.
Leona was diagnosed with Hashimoto Thyroiditis in 2017, which makes her voice more tired when singing. Also she now sings with a new style. Uses more of a heady mix instead of belting. She is working with Brett Manning on her voice, but in my opinion I don’t think it’s helping her.

Her voice is becoming more thinner, lacking the warmth it used to have. Although her tone is always fantastic!
