I've had this game for about a month now and have been playing around building a park and then getting to a point where I started building the same park again but fixing what I didn't like based on what I've learned as I've played longer. Now I need to do a 3rd version thanks to this awesome tutorial. I didn't realize there were so many path options. This is great, especially the grid. Thanks. I'd love to see you do a coaster building one as thats been my biggest challenge.
This tutorial showing the way you can do paths on a grid is SOO helpful, thank you! Game changer for making ride queues and scenery on the queue. Most useful video I’ve watched so far from content creators. Would be great to see a video on tunneling and creating rides through the terrain!

Always pre-plan for priority pass. Have your queue entrance and ride entrance near each other to make priority pass queue being absolutely as short as possible. Cattle-pen after priority pass splits off. Make it desirable for the guests to skip the cattle-pen waits. Be sure to theme both sections of the queue to keep up the prestige rating.

I’m building a spooky theme park and I want to bury some of the rides underground and put spooky scenery around the queue so it looks like the guests are entering a haunted house. I really hope you have more tutorials coming for this game. It was very clear and straightforward
Me too! I decided not to wait though. I can always build another park if it comes out. One thing that’s great about deep games like this is you always learn something that you can apply to new parks
Thank you this was helpful. One aspect of the game that I would like a tutortial on is creating tunnels through mountains so I can run a path through a mountain side. I noticed I kept fighting with the camera when trying to create this; I had difficulty keeping the cursor slightly elevated without the camera jolting back to the outer surface of the mountain side. And because I had difficulty keeping the cursor elevated, it automatically wanted to tunnel in a downward angle. And tips on how to acheive this with minimal stress?
You're welcome, glad you found it helpful! Have you tried adjusting the camera setting in the path menu? There is an option to have the camera follow as you build, that might help. But I can definitely add tunnels to the list for future tutorials!

I have this on ps4.. i recently had a problem with visitors walking to a point on a path and just stoping and everybody stoped in that area. Path was strait but they would not move... just made a larger crowed. Hope I explained it well enough :)

Hi there! I'm playing planet coaster now for a short while. Your vids are very usefull and helpfull. But now I'm stuck and I really could use your help. Like I said I just started building (ps5) and all the sudden left and right stick are now zooming and placing instead of L2 and R2 and I can't figure out why.... I didn't change any settings as far as I know. Do you have or know the solution? My thanks would be everlasting! Keep up with the good work!

I just bought this game for PS4. Is really enjoyed working through the tutorial until now. I just places the American Arrow coaster. For free life of me I cannot connect the path to the entrance. Exit okay. The path looks like a prefect connection but when I try to back out, that last section dissapears. What am I doing wrong?

Are you trying to use a regular path or a queue path? Queue paths won't connect to ride exits, only the entrance. So I'd make sure you're using a regular path to connect to the exit. Hope that helps!
Hello and good day! I am loving planet coaster on xbox im just coming across a game breaking bug with the peeps it seems all over the park they just stop and screen for help and then everyone starts stopping at the same spots ive rebuild path ive changed sizes ive moved the peeps and they go righy back to being stuck please please help! The one thing that shouldn’t count towards the park limit is paths. I’ve seen people post a scenic straight section of path with is already 12% of the limit which is shocking 😂
I'm in the tutorial now, but when I built the 1st ride I built the entrance with no problem but when I tried to create the exit it give me a message that says "connecting a queue path to a exit" and will not allow me to build it. Any tips on why?
Benches aren't constructed, you can find them under the create tab. In career mode you'll have to research additional benches but there should be a few to start with.
Sounds like an issue with your PS4, I've never heard anyone having that issue. Also telling people not to buy just because you're having an issue is nonsense.

Just letting people know that the game is broke for some people . maybe take look others are having issues with crashing. I'm just spreading my experience. You might have accidentally switched to free camera. You can switch between free look and orbit by holding Square and pressing L1. Hope that helps!

Do you have the queue path selected? Regular paths don't connect to ride entrances. Hope that helps!

Not sure if this is the issue, but the ride exist should be connected with a regular path, not a queue path. Hope that helps!
