    On that Arsenal lateral raise what do you think of using something like wrist cuffs on it? Have seen people do this on cable setups like functional trainers but wondered how that would feel on something like this due to the straight handles on it.

    Mr Curry, thank you so much for explaining the wing. I think I did this years ago, left side went numb down to my pinky. Was just getting back into benching after a shattered clavicle. I still deal with it reoccurring quite often even on chest supported row movements, any tips?

      You probably need some good soft tissue work and strengthening of your serratus anterior.

    Ur shoulders are already great u should really try and bring up the quads and hamstrings. Like just spend months doing them if u have to bc with that I think u would be unbeatable tbh

      Different training styles work better for different competitors. I wouldn’t say Phil trains super hard. He usually sticks with hammer strength machines and focuses on contractions instead of heavy lifting.
      That being said it would be nice to watch Brandon really get after it like Hunter Labrada does.
