- I learn How to Fish the River for Smallmouth and Largemouth Bass from one of the Best Fisherman on the Upper Mississippi River in Lacrosse WI. Cade Laufenberg and I catch big fish super shallow in the backwaters on frogs and flipping sticks. Lacrosse Wisconsin is a blast!

Everyone Scott talks to is his friend, when I met him in Rogers he talked to me like we had been best friends forever. The videos are an enjoyment to watch, the content and editing are second to none.

Minnesota might not have the biggest bass, but we sure do have a lot of bass! and fishing banks way up is the only way to go in most Minnesota lakes for bass fishing. :) Way to show Scott the ropes Cade

YES finally came to MN!!
My good friend has a cottage in buffalo city which is pool 5. Love going every year with my boat up there bass fishing! We have a blast. Come back up there 4th of july weekend ill fish with ya! I seen you stayed in Wabasha. Their is a place called wards riverside cabins in Buffalo City. You get dock space, face the river, and your dock is right across the street. Slingin them backwater bass all day!

Snake river in Idaho is the same way. I love smallmouth cause they are less finicky than largemouth, aggressive, and if it smaller than a smallie it’ll go after it 100 mph!

I fished against cade when he was still in college. I'll never forget the time on pool 8 my partner and I came out of a cut and saw cade with his partner. We turned right around to keep fishing our area and I just looked at my partner and said "if Cade's here the fish are here." He and his partner a finished 2nd and we mustered a 5th but I know he was ounces from what would have been a very unsurprising win that day.
The Menominee river in upper Michigan/ Wisconsin is the same exact way with shallow smallmouth
