Another great review of another great figure! I'm still waiting for my Phantom to ship, hopefully I'll have him soon. His cloak looks amazing, as do all the portraits. And I loved the photos recreating the movie scenes and the photos with the other Monsters! Phantom vs Dracula made me chuckle. :)
Thanks once again for watching, Margarita! This is one of my favorite of NECA's releases so far (along with the Black and White versions of Dracula and The Bride of Frankenstein). The number and range of portraits is amazing. I know you'll love the figure when you get it!
Hi Tim, thanks for another great review on these Neca figures. The head sculpts on this figure are incredible, but as you mentioned they are on all these figures. Received this one but still waiting on my Creature that I pre-ordered and still looking for the black and white Bride at my local Target. Here in the Midwest, seems like we are always last in getting product.
Thanks for your kind words, Jim! Check your Best Buys as well as Target. NECA is establishing a bigger presence there so you might have luck getting the Black and White Bride there as well! Distribution is tricky, I know, but I will say NECA is much more on the ball at getting this stuff out than Hasbro (I'm a former "Star Wars" collector!). Otherwise, I've dealt with company in Pittsburgh before and they are top notch (and they have the B&W Bride in stock! www.timebombtoys.com/product-page/neca-universal-monsters-ultimate-bride-of-frankenstein-b-w-7-scale-figure)
That figure just brings the soul out of that silent picture. Especially in color. Those Universal figures are awesome, with play actions without worrying about breaking something compared to Sideshow Eastwood stuff. I'm tempted to buy this one and the Frankenstein. I have a question, Tim...which one do you prefer or recommend, the Black and White Frankenstein or the painted green pale face one?
It really does bring out the soul, Sean! Glad you pointed that out. Yes, no issues at all with breakage from NECA, which is why they are the best! As for color and black-and-white figures, I always prefer the black-and-white. That's the way I was introduced to the characters and the most nostalgic for me. Having said that, I love the color figures, too. They're all great! Thanks for watching the video and your observations!
It came from the Man-Bat version of Dracula from MacFarlane's release of Bram Stoker's Dracula two pack quite a few years ago. Thanks for watching the video!
Thanks for watching the video! That's been a frequent complaint with the figures. More prominent on some than others. Guess it has to do with the pants design!

@@sean891 Thank you, Sean!
Where did you get that crate the heads are on?

snorkel ,not cane!lol
I just can’t do the figures that look like they’re wearing diapers. I would rather have no leg articulation.
