I appreciate that you reused your cup when tasting the drinks, it’s the little things 😊. I have been to over 50 countries and have live in lived in a bunch of different countries too, one being China. I can confirm, the Chinese drink is certainly an “acquired taste”. It’s wildly popular, but that’s not saying much because so are chicken feet (they are a common cinema snack!!). Your Bao bun was actually a Pekin (Beijing) duck! However, traditionally, it’s eaten in a short of wrap/thing pancake. I lived in Germany for 8 years and man! The poor German’s! 😅 A Pilsner is a German beer, very far from a Miller light, and the poor Italian’s too, Italian nachos 😂😂😂😂 Oh America! They think people will believe anything! I’m glad you got adventurous, had a nice time and shared it with us.
