Guyanese🇬🇾 split peas/ chick peas cookup rice | recipe

ingredients:
2 lbs chuck roast beef
1 lbs chicken foot
1 lb pigtail
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp green seasoning
2 tbsp chinese sauce
1 cup raw split peas
1 can chick peas
2 cups parboiled rice
2 cups coconut milk
2 cups split peas broth
2 cups beef broth
1 large onion Chopped
1 cup diced bell peppers
8 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp minced ginger
thyme
scallions Chopped
parsley Chopped
basil
hot peppers of choice (optional)
2 tsp all purpose seasoning
2 tsp complete seasoning
2 tsp cookup seasoning
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp brown sugar

I always combine the 2, channa cookup on its own don't hit mann, it needs a boost and split peas do it for me.
