It was so much fun experimenting with fashion this week, I tried things I never would have normally tried but thoroughly enjoyed it. I quite enjoyed the minimalist fashion, but do have to say I also like my dungarees and stripes. Its fun to shake it up though am I rightttt
You say that no one never compliments you on your stripes clothes: let me tell you, after I discovered your channel I went on a hunt for stripes shirts and sweater cause I found you were so cool

For me it's the other way around. I'm too afraid to wear colour and "funky" clothes like Grace :P
I mostly wear black and white clothing whom are loose fitted and slap some silver accessories on and it is the most comfortable clothing I have. Just basics whom have a slightly other cut or unusual material. Think of the brands such as COS, Monki and Weekday. If I feel like dressing up I slap on some glitter on my face or a sock boot heel and I am done.
This is going to sound so conceited but the feedback I get from my wardrobe is that it is smart and timeless but remember one important thing: dress for yourself not for someone else. You will look best when you feel like yourself. Just the expression of shining in comfortability is already atteactive ♡~

I've had a similar experience when it comes to compliments from strangers. I never usually put that much effort into what I wear, literally just something comfy and works together, bit nothing special! Then one day I went a bit out of my comfort zone and actually made an effort for once and I got a compliment from a friend and a stranger in one day, like I've literally never been complemented on before! It sounds silly but it still warms my heart a little when I see the trousers and remember the compliments that I got! So I encourage everyone to absolutely compliment people because it's highly likely they will remember it for a long time.
Same I dressed for a party today and wore a skirt for the first time in years!! Got complimented and it felt amazing

The first two are my fav! She cleary has a great style that I love and tend to wear too. Minimalism clothing is the best. You can basically wear everything with everything.

These outfits are very up my alley, especially the last outfit. I guess I’m a minimalist haha but I just love big cozy turtlenecks, tight ones too, big pants that are cinched around the waist, trench coats... ugh. Just love that style

I looooove Phoebe's style 😍 I want to have a minimalist wardrobe or wardrobe capsule, too, but I think instead of loose trousers I'd stick with jeans and more form-fitting pants. I'm lately going for simpler clothes and using accessories to ramp up my outfits. I love long necklaces. Why doesn't a beret go with loose trousers? I actually want to learn dress-making and make my own clothes. I just got a sewing machine

@@emilyhughes4297 Thanks, will check them out- I have lived in Scotland for nearly 5 years now and still struggle with my hair. I have quite long, thick hair so the curls have been tamed to be more wave like. Though I did have very curly hair when I was younger and if I cut my hair quite short, it will probably be the same.
