- What was suppose to be a quick regular instal on coilovers turned into a whole different situation. I had to remake the rearend brackets to move the shock mount to the side.

You're a very smart dude! these shops are charging people a ton of money.. to see you do the work yourself is impressive!
First clear in depth video that I’ve seen someone ever make on these. Thanks for that 👌🏼
Yeah I did some previous research and there’s not much on TH-cam showing how and what needs to be done
You are a very talented fellow. Great job on making this excellent video. Well done, Sir.

Luv the in-depth work and explanation,it's key in helping those who don't understand to understand. Been a while since I tuned in,much love to you and your family. And I usually wear a bandana or dust mask when I grind metal because it contains chemicals that can screw us up later. Be well,be safe✌️🤙

What’s the backspacing on those wheels
How can I fit a 24 inch rims on a El Camino 84?
Can you tell me what inch that qa1 shock was
Just curious but if you had swapped sides with the lower brackets would it have bought you the clearance that you needed for the brakes to clear?
Question? What made him switch from air shocks to coilovers?
Shorten rear means he has 9inch rear end??
I got an 87 monte carlo ss, and my rear end is not shortened, but I have the blazer disc brake conversion done to the rear. I got the qa1s installed, and they are rubbing up against the brake calipers so much that when I press the brake pedal, you can see the rear wheels push out.
I was advised to either get smaller brake calipers or relocate the calipers to the front of the rotors. I was also told that umi might have brackets to fix the issue as well. What's your thoughts on this?
If you have instagram or fb message me on there @ JANKYFABRICATIONS so I can see what you got
What color is that??
What state you from?
Got a long question im gonna try to make it short got qa1 pro touring upper and lower control arms and qa1 double adjustable coilovers for the front with a 400lbs spring weight noticed the qa1 spring is half the size of the shock it seem no matter how much i adjust the coilovers up my front end just drops back down got the compression on 12 and the rebound on 5 the upper and lower control arms as well as the sway bar is hand tightened until i get the ride height correct the with the weight of the car on ground torque to spec i have the coilovers adjusted a little over half way up the shock and it's still sitting way to low you have any thoughts about it
That seems very odd 🤔. You may need to go with a 450-500 spring in the front if it keeps dropping down.
Did you try to swap lower brackets, by chance? Put driver side to passenger and visa versa?
That was my very first thought…as soon as he got under there I could see they wouldn’t fit.
Great Job...what's the word on your Ranger...
What part number coilover or those
