Completely depends on how the infection initially spreads. If it was an airborne virus that lay dormant for a few weeks before turning people it could spread to most of the world including a large portion of the army. Its easy towipeput a city of zombies when you have a full army of tens of thousands to deal with it.
But when that number is massively cut down from infection it gets a lot harder. Sure as we see here each soldier could kill hundreds of zombies. But when your military forces are outnumbered 10000 to 1 it becomes a lot harder. Supply line breaks down and unless you can kill a massive number within the first year or two to provide enough zombie free farmland . Food is quickly going to become scarce. But a bite spread infection as the only way to spread would be shut down before it reached a hundred people

Sadaygamer 2076 Probably habit. These soldiers are trained to fight against other humans with guns. So when ever you enter a combat zone, your first instinct is probably to find cover when shit goes down.

One of the best yet, use of infantry flankers for the armor/motorized teams, little birds dusting groups along the avenues of approach plus insertions of sniper teams. All the things Hollywood utterly fails to get time & time again...

Holy cow. is the only thing that i can say. lol. anyways, are the Soldiers controlled by Ai or by the players? for it certainly looks like it's controlled by humans but heck, if it's really all Ai then, would you please send a copy of your edited map? i would like to experiment with it and learn what you did for i really like to make "battles" y'know, last stronghold against zombies and such. 2:38 (if all soldiers on any "Hollywood" movies were like that heck, no one would be scared of zombies much less zombie throwing vehicles.)
The Ai ( If it's really Ai) is moving realistically and most of all, they act like they were being controlled by humans! I'm just wondering how much time you put on this 3:21 minute video for it's really action packed and most importantly, no boring scenes! hopefully you get much more attention.

Yep! a tutorial of some sorts would be really okay but, that would be probably sharing his secret and many channels would copy and yeah. though we'll probably have to deal with mindless soldiers either just going straight in or just stands in there like a log.

Yeah I'm certain this is all A.I controlled, this guy is beast at scripting which is why alot of the scenes look realistic and flow smoothly

Good thing here is that the military is not dumb, while in movies. The military get overrun, and they don’t do much.
I would have never thought that the sound of tanks running over zombies would be so satisfying!
Love this. In fiction the military is always at least a little pants on head, but i like to think that even if an outbreak gets out of control, a well orginized military would be able to counter and contain the threat soon enough
They'd certainly be able to prevent large hordes from forming with artillery and airstrikes, which are utterly devastating against unarmored infantry in the open, undead or living.

IN YA FACE, MAX BROOKS (Author of World War Z showed that tank shells, SABOT or HEAT, won't work on the undead. Wonder why he thought that, judging that HEAT would blow the hell out of anything)
it's a story, not a documentary. If it was, then he would have incorporated the sheer firepower we have at our disposal. Aside from small arms, and superior air power, we have literally everything needed to destroy a population of the living. It would be no different if it was the undead.

They're among the many reasons why large hordes would not be allowed to form, the others being airstrikes and artillery. There's a report of an M1 Abrams continuing to be mobile with an entire tree stuck in its tracks, and there's a reason that tankers half-jokingly refer to infantry as "crunchies".

This really shows the military's strength against unarmed flesh. However, the fact is that nobody in the army will appreciate MBTs to engage infantry at such close range. I hope to see IFVs fight against zombies! That will be way more effective.
