      Thank you for watching and for the positive feedback! I had definitely been wanting to try this one out for a while, especially this smaller size! haha =)

    Do you prefer this bag over the new Patagonia Black Hole 25L? I already have the mini MLC, the black hole 40L duffle/backpack, and an osprey Fairview 40L. I would like a smaller pack than I already own specifically for weekend or one week max trips and be closer to the personal sizers. I do prefer clamshell/suitcase bags but I am just not crazy about the look and current colors of the Cotopaxi. The BH25L has the Seabird grey which is pretty nice with their newer matte finish. I rarely take my iPad so the tech sleeves are never a selling point for me either (my only complaint with the mini MLC is that the admin area seems a bit overkill.

    I bought the 35L bag, i love it, only complaint is lack of a integrated water bottle holder and it is flimsy when not full

      Thank you for watching and for sharing your experience with the bag. Glad to hear it’s been working out pretty well and I agree an integrated water bottle pocket would be a nice addition

      im thinking about 35L but looks like so large and im worried about doesn't fit as carry on is it a big difference from 28?

    • @solomexicoRocker
      @solomexicoRocker 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@maylingm02 it does fit as carry on, traveled with it many times. 28L is small, it's good for a short 1-3 days tops

    Really fine review! Thanks so much.Will this easily go under plane seat, as a personal items bag?

    Not really. The concept of the bag is great but especially with heavier loads it's important to give the option between female and male version. I have the Eagle Creek Companion in female version and it puts the load on my hips perfectly. As a small woman, one size fits all is an instant no.

    Thanks for the great video! I also watched your Patagonia MLC Mini. Do you have a preference between the two, especially for travel?

    Nice review, thank you. I am wondering, since it is pretty "flimsy and soft', would you say its doable to take this in my bigger travel bag as a daily carry?

    • @dannypacks
      @dannypacks  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you for watching and for the positive feedback! Even though the bag can get fairly flat it still has a good amount of padding especially on the back panel and straps that I think would make it a little bulky to pack into a larger bag unfortunately. If it is a really big bag or your travel bag is pretty empty it might be able to squeeze in but I think using something like the burton tinder pack or recycled Firefighter 24hr would work a little better. Hope that helps a bit and please let me know if there are any additional questions I can help answer :)

      @@dannypacks Thank you gor your reply, I will look into the 2 bags you recommended. I just love this bag with its internal compartmentalization, plus I don't like those fluffy packable day packs. Thanks and Ill look into it

    How does this compare with the aer travel pack 3 small? Which would you prefer for airplane travel overseas?

    • @dannypacks
      @dannypacks  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for watching! Although this is a solid option with a simpler layout and potentially a little lighter overall I prefer the aesthetic, pocketing and comfort on the travel pack 3 small

    Can this be used as a personal item bag?

    • @dannypacks
      @dannypacks  5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Thank you for watching and good question! I think that will depend on the airline and how much stuff you put in the bag. On airlines in the US like Delta and JetBlue I think it would work especially if its not too full, but on more budget airlines such as Spriit in the US or RyanAir internationally, it might surpass their personal item allowance. It would however work as a carry on bag that you wouldn't have to check. Hope that helps.a bit and please let m know if there are any additional questions I can help answer about the bag =)

    I would like to buy, but i hesitate. Will it fit 383mm length 15'6 laptop?

    • @dannypacks
      @dannypacks  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for watching and yes I think a laptop of that length should fit. One thing to keep in mind is that depending on the thickness of the device and the amount of stuff you place in the main areas it might start to get a little bit in the laptop compartment. Hope that helps a bit and please let me know if there are any additional questions I can help answer about the bags =)

    • @dannypacks
      @dannypacks  2 ปีที่แล้ว
