She's also bugged. The fact that my Litter has overloaded gear and higher skill level and affection then equals Dorothy is telling. Litter is only her buff, no scaling. Dorothy is bugged that both her brand skills don't scale with attack buffs. That's insanity, when it's fixed she will easily outclass litter. Also I get burst faster than with litter with reload cube and Privaty with Dorothy.
Also she was first multi Just maximum luck ONLY 10 NIKKE MISSING NOW ( its Snowwhite, noa, crow, sakura, D, 3 liberation nikke, ruppe ( normal) And that dog girl)

She was originally a burst 3 till they retconned it and changed her last minute to burst 1. She also used to be an SR unit, thank fucking christ they changed that
