So inspiring.. I am ashamed of myself unable to cope with little suffering and pain as I feel privileged and never faced poverty and hunger at that level. This teaches us to strive harder and never give up until the end.

My father was a violent alcoholic, psychopath who spiraled down into depression until he committed suicide when I was 7, which created significant difficulties for my family. Martial arts has been instrumental in helping me lead a good life, in developing compassion, integrity, and appreciation for the warrior spirit and virtue. I will continue to work hard in my coaching and I hope to have the pleasure of meeting you, learning from you, and sharing some of my knowledge with you as well.
