Please, Prince, I want you to show me this, if a DStv signal has already working. And you want to renew your activation, how would you contact them to add another month activation? Please teach me how to it. Thank you. Bless!!!
You don't need to contact them again. You only have to make payment through any payment platform that have Multi-Choice ( DStv/ Gotv ) payment options.
* You'll need the Decoder IUC Number and the customer's registered name on the DStv account to confirm the payment.
You can make the payment through :
* Mobile Money platforms
* Mobile banking platforms
You can also download their app ( My DStv App) login with the details of the decoder( IUC Number / SmartCard number) + the mobile number.
After logging into the App. There are many payment options.
Don't forget to switch the Decoder on when making the payment, if not you're likely to encounter an error.
30 minutes after making the payment and the Channels are not yet working, you have to contact them for help.

Sure, it's a criminal strategy people use to get money from clients.
* If the signal strength shows below 45%. Most often it will be 25% / 15%.
You can't really determine in all occasions, that's why you need a testing LNB in your tools to confirm.
Some decoders never shows any signal strengths, only when you're having a stable signal quality. So never get confused.
It's advisable to always use your trusted LNB to track.
*Don't forget to check the LNB frequency settings on the receiver.

Pls boss , when the DS tv signal is ok and the weather or cloud is change , is coming no signal
You get the signal from the DStv Satellite up in the clouds. The signal microwaves will be hitting the satellite dish. If there's bad weather condition, it will not allow the signal to hit the dish, which will result in no signal problem. Using a KU Band the weather condition will have immediate impart on the signal quality

We have some old StarTimes decoders That's 2 in 1, meaning you can install with either Satellite dish or antenna. Just look at the back of the decoder, if there's (RF in port) or (ANT) meaning you can install with Antenna and if there's LNB IN port meaning you can only Install it with Satellite dish.
