Oral Submucous Fibrosis (OSF) is a serious condition that tends to deteriorate further if not properly managed on time. One of the most important and debilitating symptoms produced by OSF is Trismus i.e. Limited mouth opening. Trismus effects the well-being of a person entirely as diet and speech are effected majorly.
If OSF is left untreated, it may also convert into a malignant disease, which is Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma.
