This piece is great! I just started playing it in orchestra and it’s so fun. The ending always gives me chills. Also, the piece reminds me of lord of the rings. Great video!

I played this in our last spring concert in my high school and holy crap. I’m looking back and I’m wondering how I managed to do some of the stuff because honestly picking it back up now it’s taking forever but so much fun, especially for vn1 which I am.

All the second violins do in this piece at the start (for our orchestra at least) is bang their violins with no purpose and talk to each other. The second violins are the bane or our conductors life lmao
SAME BRO. God, it pisses me off. If you're not gonna ACTUALLY play WHY are you in the orchestra. So many times sitting for minutes waiting for them to stop talking cause our conductor doesn't like yelling.
