Hey! I can't really explain the combos or anything but I know how he turns himself around when using peanut gun! It's called a "b-reverse". What you do is press b and then press the direction opposite to the one your character is facing within a few frames of pressing b. Its handy for changing your momentum in the air and mixing up your landing. It's not a mechanic specific to diddy, either - a lot of the roster can b-reverse their neutral b's, up b's, and/or down b's! If you notice, tweek also sometimes b-reverse his down b, the banana throw (idk the actual name). Good luck with using this information to the fullest! Have a great day!

(Diddy main here) Diddy’s dtilt comes out so fast that around mid-high percentages, he can throw Dtilts and run to where the opponent will land (right before they touch the ground) while they’re in hit stun! Keep in mind tho it’s easier to pull off when the enemy has a bigger hurt box. Like Ike! The combo isn’t true tho so they can still DI out. You can practice this in training mode!
@@Revan1207 They can't if they're not tumbling, so below somewhere around 110 iirc, the combo can be entirely true. At least that was what I understood of it. Once they tumble, you have to use a finisher like bair or fair or something to get the most out of it
Tbh I think he’ll still have Wario looming around his top picks. Gotta remember reaction times are different online vs offline, so we’ll see when offline tourneys come back.
@@86HaKai I'm assuming he'll put wario as secondary honeslty. Like he barely used wario at frostbite. It was mosty PT and wolf if I recall. But wario is one of his best characters.
