It’s been a long time coming!!
All he does like other pros is play the characters who are light, small/evasive. I want tweek to pull off what nairo did by picking ganondorf (a low tier) and win. Or even play bowser jr. again and pull through. But no. Pick some tiny fast character and call it a day just to win. Yeah, a punk in my book and many people share my thoughts.

@@chew_cho47 diddy has a projectile peanut gun and a “projectile banana”. A high tier character that Zooms under the stage with his rockets which I think him and Steve can only do, hard to hit because he’s small, very evasive with his movement and side special, and the side special is a GREAT mixup and real hard to guess at times. Yeah, I’d probably win too. I bet mk leo would take diddy and then beat tweek. Anyway, at least understand my point. How many characters have the strength of diddy that I said? Let me know

When tweek picks a character that can zoom under the stage to the other side, is tiny, evasive, combos so well, and even have a peanut gun with a banana 🍌 that trips you up leading to early edge stocks… 😑
That’s all they do. Pick the best character. Because in this fighting game, you just can’t pick a character you like to win. You have to pick one that is much better and cheesier than the rest that you feel most comfortable with. And diddy Kong is that character for tweek.
Spargo and mk Leo pick characters that are tall and easy to hit and can’t fly under the stage to reach the other side. How many characters can do that? And yet the game doesn’t nerf that.
I don’t respect players that pick such characters. That’s why I like nairo. He won with ganondorf against light. Tweek COULD NEVER PULL THAT OFF

There's a reason why Japanese players put Diddy in top tier. As long as you're patient, you potentially have the best neutral in the game.
Diddy has to many weaknesses built in yo be top tier. I think Diddy is solid High Tier.

My top tier is 10 characters max and I have Diddy around 8-10th. Very busted character.
@fyzical when I think of top tier chacmracters, I see them as characters that are built so well they don't really have weaknesses. Like Joker, Pikachu, Snake, Wolf, and Lucina, Pyra/Mythra, Cloud, Sonic, Peach, Pokemon Trainer, Mr G and W. These characters have pretty much everything, not to say they can't lose, but how they are built, the don't really lack.
Diddy why I say he's High Tier is because when I think of a high tier character, i see characters that have some weaknesses but if used by a special player, they can perform beyond top tiers. Like Diddy, Byleth, Mario, Wario, Roy, Chrom, Luigi, Fox, Sephiroth, Kazuya, Ike, maybe Bowser.

Why is the smash community so toxic towards its own game…? No matter who plays or what tournament I watch, there’s always those fans hating on a certain smash character (who’s made it to the finals) and wanting them to get banned?
All characters are unique and can be made top tier, you just have to be really good and smart enough on how to make it work. That’s why these players are pro…
Ban mincecraft, ban sonic, ban Kazuya, ban diddy king, ban cloud etc… it’s always something new 😂
I just wish all high tier characters were banned for tournaments. They only pick the strong characters who will win.
I really hope that can happen… and if not, balance characters better. Even though it’s more balanced than the previous smash bros games, it’s still not greatly balanced whatsoever. How do I know this? Look at little Mac and Steve. Who will most likely win if 2 pros played? How about ganondorf and pikachu? Dr. Mario and peach? Roy and Ridley?
Do you you all understand? I’m just sick of it. Enough with the high tier.
P.S. I think nairo is better than tweek and some others because he has the balls to pick gamondorf and still wins against light who played with fox. And that’s what we want to see. Spargo played with cloud and that’s fine. But these tiny characters who have all this combo potential with all this speed and evasiveness are always the choice it seems. I want to see that mold broken already.
You're mad that good characters are in the game...? Even if they ban half the characters in the game, you'll just see the same process repeat but with the "best of the worst" instead of best of the best. Idiotic thought process
Well then that says a lot about this extremely unbalanced game if we go by what you said.
Can you say the same about little Mac? Dr. Mario? Ice climbers? Ridley? Ganondorf? Those characters could never combo AND recover like diddy Kong. I wish all characters that were this weak get buffed…. And there were PLENTY of updates that would pass those characters by. It’s extremely bias of the creators of the game it seems. This is why street fighter and Tekken are more balanced. There aren’t characters who are too tiny to hit, you don’t have to worry about weak recovery, or getting knocked out too early or by accident. They play on a more even playing field
@@intention21 If you limit the game down to those characters you listed, you realize that within months players will have figured out which of them is the best, and they'll be the only played characters, yet again. It's laughable you think this game is unbalanced, considering how many different characters have not only won a major tournament but even made it to a grand finals of a major.
Little Mac won a major pretty recently btw.
Not to mention, Ice Climbers literally have the best combo game second to probably only Kazuya. Diddy Kong's little 30-40% combos have nothing on the full stocks you can take off someone with a stray grab from Icies/Kazuya. Difference is, these characters are very difficult to play and master.
And yeah, sure, Streetfighter/Tekken are "more balanced," whatever you think that means. Considering how these games play NOTHING like Smash I don't understand the comparison
You're wasting your time voicing your opinion this will never happen, especially banning top tiers and above, just accept and watch the sets or dont watch it. And the logic with players only choosing cause they win is not entirely true, only mostly. Light for example picks Fox cause thats who he loves to play, Spargo use to play Pyra/Mythra whose a top 4 character alot more but he now plays Cloud mainly, sure Cloud is still high tier but he chooses who hes more comfortable with rather than playing a more broken character
