I liked reading it in Seventh Octave.. you could see him spell the 'Serious B, Dog-gone N...." etc.. go on to talk about stars in stripes, and astrology. BUT few know he words it "Sirius B, Dogon... " Alluding even MORE into the stars as Sirius B is one AND the Dogon are an African society noted for their incredible astronomical skill AND the belief that they're descended from the stars.

I seen this movie by accident went to the theater becuz my movie wuz gonna start half hour later. When I saw this n Norfolk, VA at the movie theater n Ghent. I stayed & never saw tha movie I payd for

I first heard this sampled on Joey Badass's Amethyst Rockstar. I looked it up and found out this was where it was from. I'm watching the movie now, I just got to this part. This is easily one of my favorite movies.
Some of you haven't given the greatest reviews of the movie. And quite honestly, I can barely remember what the plot was, so I can't agree or disagree. But it's always held a special place in my mind as part of my introduction to the artform of spoken word poetry. I caught it on cable in the middle of the night one night YEARS ago.
