Poor Depection and Execution of their Season's Themes, Horrible CGs and not to mentioned the over emphasis on Flora which one of the most annoying Pink Cure along with Cure Heart.
Missing this kind of fight scenes in precure series. They just literally killed the image of precure that brutally fight the enemies. Hoping one day, they bring back the hype of adult fans by bringing back epic hand to hand combat fight scenes.
Heartcatch, Suite, and Smile were back when it was good. Then they killed it for two seasons. Then briefly brought it back with Princess before promptly killing it again.
I just realised... Why did Cure Mermaid have to use her wand for Mermaid Ripple? She was in her mode elegant form and the attack seemed like it was mermaid ripple... but at 1:00, she was holding her wand with bits of energy coming out of it...
ngl this bothered me for the longesttt time & i'm glad i wasn't alone.... i think the animators just got used to drawing their wands all the time bc they rarely used their solo finishers after the first act/arc of the season and made a mistake lol

We've had seasons with no hand to hand combat followed by seasons bringing it back. It's nothing new for the franchise
