I love that line, "It's early, but it ain't early in Blueridge" as she swishes the wine glass. Awesome!

Blue Ridge is a family friendly lovely place to live. Things are not only affordable, but there’s plenty to do here! The national forest and national parks are well maintained for hiking, zip lining, boating, kayaking…you name it! There are beautiful trails, streams and waterfalls; not to mention some of the best wines are grown nearby. It is also a hub for art, artists, and inclusion. Blue Ridge is a fabulous place to live.

    Beautiful nature
    Sweet air
    Plenty to do
    Most friendly locals few a*s
    Gun lovers
    Soft talkers
Affordable to travel but expensive to buy a property
    :)

Another TH-camr by the name of Southern Life, slammed your town, wanted to get in a fight there, and called it a tourist trap. What do you say to him? I think it's a beautiful area, would love to visit, maybe live there.

The locals hate the tourists guts but they love their money.

Yeah.. Blue Ridge isn't all that. I've been living up here for over a year now restoring an old cabin for use as a rental property. Nice to visit, but horrible to live in this area. The shops are just full of cabin junk. Blue Ridge is a poverty stricken little town where everyone is out to get your money.. period. That's the real truth about Blue Ridge. However it was voted the most GAY friendly city in America...lovely.

And they say Fannin County is solidly Republican! Not for long with Ossoff on the ballot

This place must be for whites only, didn't see a person with color on this video. Even just a tourist.

That is (or at least used to be) a somewhat valid observation, though I wouldn't agree with how you worded it exactly. We have lived here since 1990 and until recently the area was very much predominantly white, but it has been that way for a really long time, as it has been in much of Appalachia. That said, Blue Ridge and the surrounding area has grown tremendously in the last few years both in terms of tourism and new home ownership and that growth has brought with it a lot of change and more diversity to the area. It is slow but it's happening, and I think it's safe to say that most "locals" have been very receptive to the change. Come see us some time!

Well that cause the video didn't go to the Wal-Mart... Go there on any weekend and you'll see all the black folks shopping right along with all the locals.

Looks very clean, pride of ownership, no crime, seems safe... go figure Junio. Do you say the same thing for predominantly black neighborhoods? Hispanic neighborhoods? Is it a 'white' issue? Seems racist. I hear California's great, try moving there! Bring your friends 👍

I'm hispanic and I didn't even notice that. I've been to Blue Ridge many times and it's an awesome place.
