Bc the school in germany is totally different, they have to study a lot and there is no time to have some fun
I'm American, lived here my whole life. If you're not American, and feel bad that you "missed this" just let me tell you that most of us missed it too. The life of this girl is that of like 10% of American teens. She talks about not being popular, but trust me she is. Very few people have this life, very few drive, very few date football players, very few have friends in their classes, probably only a third play sports, and not all are pretty... I have nothing against this girl at all, I'm very jealous of her honestly but I just wanted to say that from the point of view of the majority- this is not typical, so don't feel bad.

I get all of this but, I decided to go to an American high school for my 11th and 12th and I just wanted to know whether its a good idea.I still have time to decide but don't wanna make a horrible one. And are Indians treated any worse than Americans are treated there?

@@hazza3551 I think for exchange students, the experience is typically better. I don't know if it's because I went to a small rural highschool, but we had a couple exchange students (nigerian, indian, and italian) and they all reached kina celebrity status at my school. I think it would be a bit different if you went to a big city school with lots of foreigners, but no ones gonna treat you badly no matter where you go. I think American high school is a good place if youre popular (you will be to an extent because youre from another country.) People say a lot of bad things about americans, but from my own experience we're super excited to show our culture to others, and are very hospitable. I say do it!!

I just didn't wanna be a part of any bullying or rasicm which is something I put a lot of thought into and that's why I choose 11th and 12th soo that people would somehow be more mature or something?I have no clue😂I'm taking half of it from movies and I'm pretty sure movies aren't very honest sooo...😂 but rly tho tysm its feels good to know that if i do go for studies abroad I won't be treated bad or see many being treated bad cos either way it gets me good😅😂
@@hazza3551 well if you're getting most of it from movies, it might not be exactly what you expect but still will be fun! A lot of what people say about americans being racist is kinda outdated. Of course there are isolated incidents, but tbh that's more likely to happen from some random boomer so don't take them seriously. 99.9999999% of high school age kids aren't like that.

@@mubarakm.4468 ahmmm well there are german youtubers and some of the more famous ones also blog some times and i wouldn’t say everyone in germany is wealthy and that’s why there are no youtubers, where does that makes sense huh? Oh and i think the crying was about the school cause german school is pretty hard and you have to learn a lot (also we usually don’t have things like football matches or prom or stuff like that)
