Have you been thinking of hitting like the way of martial art.
I am doing. Way because I have so many friends playing indoor volleyball and beach volleyball that have the classic shoulder injury.
I try to train the way for many years, to campare to my friends that train in a club way longer then me with all the coaches.
I am an gymnast and a trainer as
well. Been a trainer in martial arts and gymnastic for many many years and many other Sports aswell.
And the basic is the most importent i think.
The teaching how to teach yourself to survive by yourself.
That is like parenthood.

Spending time doing things you aren't able to do or are ready for yet has definetly made me run in circles. I appreciate your individualized approach, it seems that people think that doing the same things as the best player will lead to equivalent results, but it is more of a misapplication and lack of consideration more than anything.

Really enjoying your content! I am getting into playing more in my late 30s an have done a few classes and not really learned much about roll shots as you describe. It seems like it is just sort of assumed that you would know how to do it. I recently had an injury and have had to rely much more on placement and until I watched your videos, was really struggling with them.
