    I don’t think anyone could’ve had these insights. Thank you for posting

    Amazing as usual, total fan! I like your elbow suggestions, and I think depending on if a player is off the net or in a trouble play, they can maybe choose to drive their elbow through or swing high with lots of snap. Also would like to see some examples in future videos while you talk or after, just a couple! Like the one vid with your student was more visual! As always, stop putting these coaches out of business!! ;)

    Would be great to see a side view of hitting ball with this circular swing in slow motion, step by step. I have tough time understanding how one would spike the ball hard without the whip motion from traditional elbow & arrow.

      Watch Seain Cook or David Ahman. They are both really good at it! And they both pound it.👍🏼

    any idea about wrist and finger snap motion to make a topspin by other tutorial video, which i cant not copy the spin result.
    i find their kids can serve from near 10foot line with topspin to deep corner. that angle is not about tall or shot,the ball just climb and drop with notable topspin .

      Did you watch my other video about "wrapping over the top of the ball"?

      I am having similar trouble generating power with this. I've studied circular arm swing for example taught by torquevb and other Japanese circular swing. When using your technique with a sheep stick ball and contact high I am skimming the ball as you're emphasizing wrapping around the ball, there is no blunt impact point. So I'm not driving the ball

      @@bigbadwanger sorry i need to see you do it before i can offer any suggestions. If you can send a quick video of you using this technique that would be helpful

    Mechanically/dynamically, the video is instructing the arm to go up first to highest peak then afterward forward, so ita like a high salute? If my motion is primarily upward and not forward where does the spike power come from?

      @menehunebvb  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes you are correct... the power generation is similar to a shot put where the power comes from the trap muscles and the legs. For power to come from the legs, you need to learn how to hit on the way up instead of on the way down. Watch the video I just posted of the pro circular arm swing. That should help.

      In my experience, it does take a while to figure out the new power generation. But once you figure it out you will be able to hit the ball hard.
