I just bought a 240 with a s15 conversion, and an rb20 for 3k, the body wasn't as nice as this but the engine and everything worked and sounded good. The Dude who sold it to me had 3 and was selling 2 to dump money into the last one.
For a clean none turbo s13 sr20de here in Australia you will pay about 6k and for a clean s13 with a sr20det(turbo) u will be paying about 9k up but then over here u can find rb25det s13 for 6-12k aswell

I personally would pass on that car the whole front end on that car doesn't line up and there's so many little imperfections in the body that painting it would turn into bodywork.

I am debating the price. I probably would have not bought it for 5.5..however, there are some ugly and beat up 240s that people want 4k for. That said, that front end and motor make up for the price. My concern is how poorly the engine bay was taken cared of. Hope there is not an electrical issue, thus the battery problem. Overall, great car!

Finding quality aftermarket parts for it is hard or really expensive. I have full JDM exterior and it doesn't look much different than the stock but getting all the parts (crash bar, lip, and foams) cost me about $1,500. Engine mods are expensive as heck compared to other cars too.
That left light is dented in, you would probably want to check the rail, headlight bracket, radiator stay, if it's anything else it should be an easy fix
