Today is an exciting day! We are off bright an early to a breathwork event I am hosting at The Other House with My Wardrobe HQ to feel calm and centred while in the midst of London Fashion Week.
Then, we head over to a fashion showcase all before a lovely girlie lunch. I then have to make a quick dash home to get ready for the most special evening: a belated valentine’s celebration with my husband.
Truly the most extraordinary culinary experience and I can’t wait to take you all along with me!

Mark is a gem 💎 you know. Considering he wants more alone time with you. Thank him for his generosity of his time. I agree with him though. Keep more time with him sacred and less camera time even though he’s a complete gentleman who I look forward to seeing with you in here. Gotta respect where he’s coming from.

Leonora, one of my favourite vlogs yet. I find our kindred spirits; I wake up happy and excited to start my day, so much so that my family often reminds me that they haven't even had their first cup of coffee! I was together with my first husband for 22 years; he is 11 years my senior, and
he would say near the end of our marriage, you sparkle with everyone else, but I don't get that. He married a young, vibrant, active, bubbly woman who gave everything 100! Percent. I worked 12-hour shifts as an RN, plus doing, housework and yard work so that when he came home, we could relax, enjoy our home and family, we also maintain our family summer home and both sets of parents. Something had to give, and that was my health, in the form of depression, anxiety, and a Chronic Pain Disorder in around my mid-thirties. I ended up on permanent disability and would be tired and in pain all day, which my husband would see, so he thought there was green grass elsewhere (thankfully, and a bit of Karma; he got crabgrass) tee hee. My children are your age now and have places of their own. I am very blessed to have two amazing "babies." My new husband and I live in the countryside. So, with the lessons I've learned over the years, it is to put the phone down and MAKE time with your very handsome husband. This isn't easy, as your business requires attention, delitagte well, perhaps a particular night every week just for Mark. I can't believe I've written this publicly, but it works for me if it can help someone else on their journey.💕

What a fabulous day! I appreciate you sharing these special special occasions with us. BUT I don’t want to intrude on your hubby’s time with you. He did a great job of planning the evening for you only. Everything is not meant to be shared. Be in the moment and focus on the now. Sometimes we don’t even take pics to capture an occasion. But those memories are still stored in our hearts. Work has to have a cutoff time. No phone, no camera, just focus on each other while you can. You’re the sweetest!

Leonora, I have to tell you this quick story. Back in 1994, I wrote to the "Manoir" from the US. They wrote back to me in the most exquisite stationery. My deceased husband and I decided to go from England to France instead and stay at The Chateau de Pray in the Loire Valley. I missed the opportunity to stay there ( at the Manoir) and dine there. I went there through you, 30 years later, on this Video. Thank you so very much!!! It was so very special! jannieo

If one of us stopped being a subscriber, you wouldn't even notice. If he stopped being a husband.. you would be beyond consultation. Get a work phone and a personal phone. Work phone goes away at 5 and doesn't come out until the next day. No iPad or laptop allowed in your bed room. That goes for both of you. Date night is sacred. If you are apart, video call and eat dinner together. Your marriage is your number one priority. Not us, not your clients not even your darling mother or shock horror your future children. I feel like I’ve intruded on poor Marcus’ wish. I think I’ll dash out of this vlog early. After being married for nearly 44 years, I know what it would’ve meant to him had you followed his wishes after so much planning on his part.
