Their heavy duty wood varnish is stronger than decorators, actually heatproof-good to use on coasters and actually gives matte finish. Decorators varnish isn’t as good in all of those :)
You most definitely can, decoupage Queen ships worldwide and you can also tell your craft shops in Greece about decoupage Queen, maybe they would become retailers! 😁
