  • You’re squinting and rubbing, but your tired eyes continue to torture you. And it’s no wonder they’re sore: how many hours a day do we all stare at a screen? This puts almost constant tension on our eyes. Many vision problems arise precisely from the act of overstraining like dry eyes, redness, and blurred vision.

    SUMMARY:
    - #1. Look to your left and then slowly roll your eyes up towards the ceiling. Keep rolling them to the right and from there, to the floor. Do it clockwise 5 times and then the other direction another 5 times.
    - #2. Sit on a comfortable chair and look straight ahead. Then move your eyes up without changing the position of your neck. After that, move your eyes down. Do 10 reps for this one.
    - #3. Place an index finger on each eyelid and apply very light pressure for 10 seconds. Let go for 2 seconds and then press gently again.
    - #4. Find a blank wall to eliminate any possible distractions and sit in front of it. Keep your neck straight and your shoulders low. Close your eyes and wait for 30 seconds before opening them. Do that 10 times.
    - #5. Without moving your head or neck, look to the left as much as you can. Keep your eyes in that position for 3 seconds. Now look in front of you for a second. Move your eyes to the right as far as you can, and hold them there for 3 seconds.
    - #6. You can do this exercise either with your eyes closed or open. Your task here is to start moving your eyes up and down as quickly as you can.
    - #7. Tilt your head back a bit and close your eyes. Then put your index and middle fingers on each eyelid and start moving them in circular motions.
    - #8. Put your right arm in front of you and stick your thumb out. First, you should focus on the tip of your thumb for 2 seconds. Then focus on the window for the same amount of time, but don’t move your hand.
    - #9. Put your elbows on the table in front of you and place your palms over your closed eyes. Take deep and steady breaths and relax as you feel the tension leave your eyes.
    - #10. Hold the pencil in your right hand and press the eraser-end to the tip of your nose. Focus your vision on the eraser. Then, start slowly extending your arm while keeping your eyes on the pencil.
    - #11. Sit in a chair about 10 feet away from the wall and imagine a giant number 8 written on it. Then rotate that number sideways and start slowly tracing it with your eyes.
    - #12. To keep toning up those eye muscles, extend your arms to their fullest and stick both thumbs up, holding them directly in front of you at both sides. Focus your vision on the tip of your right thumb for 5 seconds.
    - #13. Sit in front of a blank wall about 10 feet away, and get ready to use your imagination. What you’ll do is write invisible words on the wall using only our eyes.
    - #14. If you have to work in front of a computer for long periods of time, take a break every 20 minutes and look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

      @@ogkubzscouter743 For me its from 8 in the morning to 3 but there's half an hour break in every 1 hour and i don't take eyes off the screen even in the break most times so........ its 8 hrs for me and i have to do homework from the mobile or laptop so again its like 10 hrs total
      But now my physical classes r gonna start finally.

    EYE PROTECTION
    (1)Roll eyes 5 times both clockwise and anti-clockwise
    (2)see up & down 10 times and then right & left 10 times. Repeat this process 4 times.
    (3)Rub eyes smoothly for 10 times
    (4)Blink for 30 seconds
    (5)Up & down quickly for 10 seconds. Repeat process for 3 times
    (6)Focus on thumb and background for 1 minute
    (7)Touch pen/pencil to your nose. Then slowly move it away without losing focus on pen/pencil.
    (8)Trace 8 on the wall
    (9)Trace words on the wall
    (10)Take break after every 20 minutes.

    I study for atleast 13 hours. Gently placing ice on the eyes, using eye drops and washing eyes regularly is my way of calming them down.

      @@BRIGHTSIDEOFFICIAL Not much. Take a thin slice and gently rub under and over eyelids till it melts. Also dipping feet in cold water for a while before nap is a great way of relaxing your body.

I JUST PERFORMED ALL OF THEM EXACTLY AS INSTRUCTED & I CAN PERSONALLY TELL YOU THAT MY EYES FEEL A BIT STRONGER THAN BEFORE I DID THEM!! I PLAN ON DOING THEM DAILY FROM NOW ON! I'M GONNA PUT A GREEN OR BLACK TEA BAG ON THEM FOR 10 OR SO MINUTES NOW!
    IMPORTANT TO NOTE: MY EYES ARE LITERALLY EXHAUSTED FROM STARING AT THE COMPUTER MANY HOURS IN A DAY, & OFTENTIMES INTO THE MORNING HOURS, AS I'VE BEEN MONITORING THE TW*TT*ER FEEDS & OTHER OF THE LAWLESS ONES (AN*TI*FA, B*L*M, & OTHERS) IN THE STREETS OF THE U.S., WHILE PRAYING! I HAD BEEN DOING THIS 100+ DAYS! MY EYES HAVE NEVER FELT SO ABSOLUTELY EXHAUSTED & DRY!! I'M OVER 55 YRS OLD.

      (Just coz u said plz to scrollers) red lines are not serious ,I almost consider them a part of my eye coz I have them there daily , and the exercises work if you relax and do them.

      @@laquzoeshiyasha I got them almost everywhere of my both eyes.
      -------
      Left eye: a bit darker than the right eye (idk even why) and it has red lines everywhere,above,under my eyeprotect (idk what its perfectly called but the place where your eyes aren't open,above. i'll call it eyeprotect in this situation.
      So... left eye: a bit darker then the right eye (idk even why) ,underprotect,above protect,both sides.....
      Right eye: same as the left eye but without a bit dark.
      How do i fix this? Will this video wi help me? I have to do it the rest of my life now? i'm just 12 and it started when i was 11..... and how do i get rid of red lines in mu eyes??

    How to relieve tired eyes?
    *Simple* : Just pour cold water into your eyes then keep them closed for 5mins, works everytime. 🤗
