Thank you so much Steve for this video and the free plans. I became a grandmother for the first time 7 months ago and my grandson gives me sooo much pleasure and love and with this project, I can make him something that he can pass on to his children in time to come. Thank you once again I love them.
Thank you for making the plans available. I had fun making these for my grandson who loves sitting on them. I made both the. Cat and the dog. The dog is at his house and we have the cat for when he visits 😍
Many, many years ago my Dad made a couple of chairs for my cousin and me. Painted on the backboard was the inscription: ''This little chair is just for me, to wash my hands or watch TV.'' Great video Steve, thanks for sharing both the video and the chairs :-)
Our Makers Care 2016 fundraiser is here! This year's theme is ANIMALS. Animal companions are well known to have a therapeutic effect on children (and adults!) who are living with serious and life-threatening medical conditions. We thought this would be a perfect theme for our Make-A-Wish Foundation fundraising campaign. Here’s how it works: Make an animal or create a work of art using any materials you like! We’ll be making donations for every critter submitted. Post your projects on the Makers Care web site: www.MakersCare.org/ If you'd like to make this cute pair of toddler chairs, here is a free set of plans: bit.ly/CritterChairs Thank you for participating!
hey Steve Ramsey does it have to be a picture or can i make a video and submit it,i'm an animator and i would love to make an animation clip as a project so can i ?
Got ours cut out today, heading to the craft store after work tomorrow to pick up some paint! Thanks for the plans and all you do for the make a wish foundation!!
Love the chairs. Hope to make some for my children. My boys can't pass the spray lacquer at any store without saying I'll protect it with a few coats of.... They love watching wwmm.
Hey there Steve. Love watching your video. I made these chairs and after following your instructions they turned out to be pretty good. I made the wheelbarrow and a couple of other pieces you showed on TH-cam thanks for your help
Steve thank you very much for videotutoriales I love not speak English but I still thank you for sharing a flat greeting his follower from mexico oaxaca
As I was watching I noticed a variation. If you narrow the seat ant modify the back a little. You can make a nice riding type toy. Of course a little engineering would be needed to attach wheels. But it can be an interesting build. Thank you foe the Inspiration
HI Steve, loved the chair build. Where can I find the link to the plans, and the drawings? I don't see them in the links below. Would appreciate if you could provide a link. Thanks.
They are more expensive, but a lot easier to drive. Roberstons are just as good, but harder to find locally in the U.S. I am getting away from using Phillips at all unless that's all I have available. The driver slips off the heads too easily.
Hey Steve, I love your channel and it inspires a lot of creativity in me, but I also love fingerboarding hahahaa so I was wondering if with your woodworking skills you could make a ramp, or even a small skatepark, if you want some inspiration you can check out Black River ramps. Thanks xD and keep up the great work.
Great video, I will have to get busy and make a video and post it for this. what a great origination to do this for. Make-A-Wish is really great. Thank you.
Steve Ramsey Awesome I will have to make some then. :) My son loved helping with this when it was planes. He made one from Lego. I will let him know the new theme and maybe he can make an animal. :D

Love your cause and all your videos. What kind of band saw do you have?
Awesome, i'll see what I can come up with.
Great! Looking forward to it!
We used the template to make a dragon chair. Turned out pretty cool.
Are these plans still available, I dont see them in the description? Thanks!
Hi Steve , Feom where I can download the plan for this toddler chairs plan? THANKS
very cool, I'll participate - god's willing
отлично, запомнил))
How do you find using torx head screws over philips or robertson? I seen a few people starting using these.
They are more expensive, but a lot easier to drive. Roberstons are just as good, but harder to find locally in the U.S. I am getting away from using Phillips at all unless that's all I have available. The driver slips off the heads too easily.
Robertson is harder to find? Thought they were more dominant. Must be a Canadian thing lol...
Nice job Steve. I could say the pointy ears on the cat might be an issue with some but that would be nit picking
Hi Steve how can I download these plans. I'm in South Wales UK
#niceshirt. Love IN & OUT
Yes!!!
Wow, fantastic work Steve! Should have a project of my own pretty soon!
Thanks Shaun! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

Carbon paper? What's that? LOL Great effort Steve! I'll make something!
I made a Gruffalo chair a last school year as it was a school project for one of my subjects. can I submit that chair on the website
Yes! Love to have it included!
A really cute set of chairs Steve :) I've submitted an Origami Elephant :)
Just saw it. Thank you! Looks awesome.
Steve Ramsey Thanks :)
what type of clamps are they
Hi, I can't find the template for the animal chairs 😮
How do you get the paper pattern off the wood? I just downloaded these and spent over an hour getting the pattern off
Never mind. LOL I saw in the template video you explained it. My mistake was not letting it dry a bit
+Belinda Manning Use mineral spirits or a heat gun.
how much would u charge for one of those chairs or a set of them?
+v East I think you could ask around $40 - $50 for each at a craft/art show.
sorry not very familiar with your website. where and how do i download the cutting templet. thanks
+BOBBY There's a link in the description. Thank you for participating!
+BOBBY There's a link in the description. Thank you for participating!
Plans not available anymore can't find.
Looking forward to participating, Steve. I wonder if there's anything you've said more often than "a few coats of spray lacquer"
In this case the spray lacquer is justified, as brushing lacquer would smear the paint.
It has become my catchphrase I think!
🤗🐱🐶✌️

How and where can I get the dog & cat plans????????????
+Jerry Smith Link in description. Thanks for participating!
19 ppl obviously don't care or wish the chairs were painted purple.

We're is the plans Steve.
Oh sweet! I can make some of my kitty figures in polymer clay. :D I have been meaning to make more of them. Do dragons count as animals? :P - Heidi
I think so! Love to see some clay creations!
