I think this guy is full of it. I’ve worked in prisons for years and I’ve never seen one inmate run an entire prison the way he’s making himself sound that he ran all the contraband coming into the prison. This guy is a total joke and I don’t know what prison he was at but everywhere I have been the inmates DO NOT run the prison! This guy is trying to produce his fame thru bullshit.

So, a supermax with burgers and shakes, goes through 3 security layers with a head nod, 2 cooks randomly in the kitchen in the middle of the night, guy in a suit also randomly there, sees an inmate and approaches without escort and yelling (apparently too long considering the question was just what are you doing here?), guy goes into his office randomly also in the kitchen so that he sees him slam the door...checks out

Alot of you need to remember that he said this was back in the 90's. They weren't as strict back them as they are.almost 30 years later. You all tend to forget that its 2023. After all those prison riots that happened they locked that shit town super tight. But i dont doubt the validity of his statements. Prison was different in those days. My dad went to prison around the 90's when i was a kid, and he told me that he had alot more freedom then you might imagine. Be respectful, follow the rules, dont rob or cheat anybody, and you fill find that while unfortunate during those times certain prisons in america were pretty chill. He spent 8 years for drug charges back then before turning his life around.

@@goldbow4676 it’s completely goofy. Getting a CO to bring you basic cleaning supplies is a chore

If he’s also the guy that makes sure there is mainly peace in the prison, then He would deffy get these kind of privileges. Because the CO’s do let the inmates police themselves. He probably had a job tittle of “porter” or “trustee”they get to walk around the prison pretty freely their suppose to be cleaning as they do, or passing out supplies ot whatever but that’s not always the case. They deffy get special privileges and a lot of freedom to move around. And I’ve seen prisoners snap on “civilians”(ppl who work in the prison but aren’t co’s) plenty of times without a guard interupting. As soon as he put hands on the civilian they would of rushed in. But if you know his story he was doing life he eventually got out on appeal for a time reduction…but 7 years in the box to a lifer ain’t shit. Ur already locked up, most ppl don’t care about having to receive a different form of being locked up as a consequence for their actions. This would be a lot harder now but in the 90’s this deffy could of happened. And I don’t doubt in some prisons today stuff like this is still going on in some prisons. Do u read the news? I’m Some of these prisons the CO’s are bigger criminals then the inmates.
