Only toilets are when you step outside the terminal. Only two toilets in each side Left and Right which is crowded and dirty. And if you missed the Arrival lounge which was there just before you step outside the terminal, they won’t let you go inside. And if you don’t have a local sim you can’t buy any outside. You are pretty much handicapped and no decent place to wait if you have an appointment in city sometime later. Few toilets should be inside the terminal, don’t know if I missed them. And no information desk that can help you with wifi voucher if you don’t have a local SIM. So much for a new airport. All I see is shops and eateries outside the actual arrival hall, where it is humid. I would rather like it inside like in Europe.

You cannot hold for more than 3 min. If you need to park then airport parking is the only option. It costs Rs 100 plus.
