While the dealer simply plays for the love of the game and other players fight and die for money, he gets paid no matter what happens. Especially since there is no respectable establishment that will hire him. (Key word, respectable. Since anything owned Fazbear Entertainment is not a respectable gig.)

But just regular characters that just can help you if you need to, I also see helping as a regular thing to do and I never need people to do something back for me. All I need back for helping is respect and it's what I often get.
This guy is underappreciated to me. Not even a single piece of fanart I've ever seen, aside from one person's headcanon design. (They did not see the files.) So this made me happy.
