@@DaisyPepperBass you've probably been playing longer and have better dexterity. I've only been playing for a little over a year. I've also had various wrist and hand injuries including a broken thumb that was bent so far back it was touching my forearm. But playing is like physical therapy because its gotten better since I started.

I either set up a microphone to my bass amp, or record straight into my audio interface. I have a Focusrite 2i2 interface, which is what you need to be able to record into either GarageBand or Logic Pro. On Logic, they have bass and guitar presets if you don't want to use a microphone. Hope this helps!!
