    As you can see I finished the mysterio helmet! The battle damaged thing looks better than I expected. Thanks for the tutorial.

    Hey Steven can I wrapped the entire staff including the egg piece foil with paper mache all of the staff

    • @CardboardCosplay
      @CardboardCosplay  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I haven't done it, but paper mache should work if you go slowly and do at least 2 or 3 layers. Allow each layer to dry before adding the next one. It might be tricky around the egg part where the vines connect, but I think it's possible.
      Let me know how it turns out. Good luck!

    Gonna attempt to make this for photos for my 3 year old daughter. Can you possibly tell me about how long this took to dry? Also realizing I missed a step in the video when shopping and probably should have bought more masking tape 🤦🏼‍♀️

    • @CardboardCosplay
      @CardboardCosplay  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh sorry it took me so long to respond. It doesn't take too long to dry. I usually leave it to dry for an hour or two while I make lunch or dinner and it's always completely dry when I come back to it.

    What type of paint did you use?

    • @CardboardCosplay
      @CardboardCosplay  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Just regular craft paint. I have the brands Craft Smart and sometimes use Apple Barrel... they're both basically the same.

      thanks, yours looked nice and thick, whatever I have was pretty watery, took a couple of coats but looks pretty good, my kid loves it. @@CardboardCosplay

      @lizbaca6713 Yeah, sometimes it takes a couple coats. I always have to do that for red, yellow, and purple....drives me crazy haha.
      I'm glad your kid likes it! Happy Halloween 🎃

    Hi Steven can you share me a full perfect venom mask template thanks

    • @CardboardCosplay
      @CardboardCosplay  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, sorry, I don't know if I still have it. I used a simple face covering that I cut up and built out to make the mask...so it wasn't just a template that immediately gets the right shape.
      It was similar to this mask, but I cut out a mouth and changed the eye shape.
