9:02 im not sure if he's just gigabrained and decided to leave Goma suspended as a distraction to divert an attack, or just forgot he could unsuspend it with Megaseadramon 13:04 also around here, while I dont know the hand situation exactly, if he did have the gomamon that he played later in the turn in hand, he could have proced memory boost and done it here, proc the plesio DNA and swing instantly with the effect, and by calling out the megaseadramon unsuspend mid attack to get 1 more attack to win the game right there. Doing the raw dna ommites Again no clue if he had that set up then, but that was a possibility.
With DS I've been playing around with the Promo Yao and Promo Shellmon, here's the dream combo Evo into Plesio, use BT19 Yao to slip Shellmon underneath, use Plesio effect to play shellmon, shellmons effect slip something else under and draw 1, Promo yao to evo that shell into Megaseadra for 2, plesio secondary effect DNA into Aegis, isn't all that difficult to pull off and does really throw off the opponent every single time I've done it 😅
The problem I've run into with DS is getting memory choked, you need a lot of memory to go into a DNA play, unless you push out a level 5 from raising.

Hey Mike here, I think I noticed that after I started to make my plays but I did combos like that later on in the tournament
