NC trout fishing-Catch And Cook (Massive Brown Trout, Dad falls in)

Alex and I had a daddy and daughter fishing day. She caught a few and almost landed the largest trout anyone in our family has ever caught. Sadly, I mess up trying to net it and the line breaks allowing it to get away. It was still awesome to see! We kept one rainbow to cook up in Bristol Bay seasoning. It turned out really good.

I think you should've let her mount that if she would've caught it for sure.

Once I got it in the net and measured it, I think I would have made the same decision if it was as big as I think it was.
