Sir, i guess they can postpone it if they find any irregularities with the centers and servers beforehand even if they have provided the city intimation slip. we could have the exam a week or 2 weeks later in the same city but different center if they wish.

In last exam my paper was very difficult we all thought the CUT off should not cross 95 but final cut off was 128 I was amazed.
It Should be cancelled and they should recheck the papers before conducting the exam because if paper leak is already happened it would be useless to giving the exam.
