The AFGO Project introduction

The AFGO project has been set up by a group of friends who are cyclists raising money for Movember and talking about mental health and suicide prevention. Last year we rode over the Pyrenees, Alps, Dolomites and to Bormio, 2800 km and 48,000 metres of climbing. Nick (me) also rode sunrise to sunset in the Dolomites and in 2019 raised over £12,000.00. I will talk openly and frankly about my depression and suicide attempts and who I've managed to live and use it for good.
