@@jamesm2101 with the current policies of the insurance companies in Australia the answer to your question is no, as they will not cover miniature railways, oversea's insurance companies may at at a very high premium of $2.500 for a ten million public liability cover, & thats only for non paying friends & guests, I am horrified what it would cost if it was to operate as public carrying railway classified here in Australia as a public amusement ride.
Thanks Ken, when I surveyed the first layout fifty two years ago & built the Warnervale railway with the original crew, I didn't think I would be doing this all over again.

NO, he decided to sell the property, his loco & other inherited assets of the railway & move on to other interests.
